We will automatically ship any item ordered using our standard shipping method and rates. Under the standard shipping option, we will use Canada Post to ship your package. We have made this decision based on speed and cost effectiveness. Standard shipping costs will be determined based on the total weight of your order.
Please note: Your package will be shipped from Alberta. We find that we can offer a larger selection of products by shipping directly from our warehouse.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-through-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. Weekend purchases will be shipped within 2 business days. We make every effort to ship our packages as soon as the order and prescription are received! You will be notified as soon as your order ships via email. We will include any tracking information available.
To help speed up your order, please be sure to promptly send in any required prescriptions for purchased CPAP machines. These will be necessary to process and ship your order quickly.

Masks and Accessories
Sleep Yeti offers customers a full refund for 60 days after the date we ship on any unopened masks or accessories (filters, seals, hoses, headgear, etc). Customers are responsible for any fees incurred from shipping the product back to Sleep Yeti. Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive a refund and will be notified by email.
Any opened or used masks and accessories can not be returned for refund.
Masks with defects are covered under warranty for 30 days from the delivery date. To start the process of a mask exchange, you must call our customer service line at
1-866-997-4288 or email email@example.com to confirm approval of the RMA. After the exchange is approved, a new order must be placed to ship you the new mask. In the box, you will receive the replacement mask, and a return shipping label to send the defective mask back to us. Once the defective mask is received back at Sleep Yeti, we will issue a full refund for the original mask.
CPAP machines can not be returned for refund. But we do offer a 3-year warranty on any manufacturer's defects. Please see below for details on warranty replacements.
